Eugene Boone, a native South
Carolinian, has spent over a decade researching pet names while compiling The
Big Book of Pet Names. Mr. Boone has written for national and international
magazines including Women's Circle,
Fate, Writer's Lifeline, among others. He is the
author of several books including: Writing To Be Published (Exploits,
Canada, 1984) and Markets For Writers (RSVP Press, 2nd Edition, 1987).
For several years, Mr. Boone was a columnist for Published!
Magazine. Mr. Boone's biographical information appears in
